CTRM®系统主要分为两部分。一为大宗商品交易业务系统，二是大宗商品风险管理系统。大宗商品交易系统分为五大模块。它们是：合同管理、定价管理、审批管理、采购和销售和票证管理模块。大宗商品风险管理系统管理三种风险，分别是：合规风险、信用风险和市场风险。针对合规风险，我们有内控审计模块。对应信用风险则包括：交易对手评估、授信管理、信用敞口管理和信用风险控制四大模块。针对市场风险，我们有行情分析、风险敞口分析、市场风险定价、市场风险对冲和市场风险控制（成本管理）五大模块。

Qiming Corp. provide solutions for bulk commodity trading and risk management (CTRM®). Our services include consultancy, CTRM® system integration, training, and hedging consulting. Our CTRM® IT system is the leading consult platform in China suitable for bulk commodities in agriculture, metals and mining industries.
The CTRM® platform is mainly composed of two parts. They are bulk commodity trading business and risk management system. Commodity trading business system consists of five modules. They are contract management, pricing management, approval management, procurement and sell, and invoice management. Commodity risk management system deals with three kinds of risk. They are compliance risk, credit risk and market risk. For compliance risk, there is an internal control auditing module. For credit risk, there are four modules. They are counterparty assessment, credit management, credit exposure management, and credit risk control. For market risk, there are five modules. They are market analysis, exposure analysis, market risk pricing, market risk hedging and market risk control (cost management).
